Wall Street Education, Inc. was created on December 23, 2024, to better describe the key function and goal of the company, replacing the d/b/a name Wealth Builders Institute, which has been in operation since October 2017, having taught thousands of students. WBI Inc. d/b/a Wealth Builders Institute is also included under these Terms and Conditions. Our primary focus remains the education of our students, providing the guidance and coaching needed to help them develop confidence in stock options trading using Todd Rampe’s method.
By using any of our services (including just browsing our websites), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. General Terms
1.1 Ownership; Limited License
The Company grants you a limited, revocable license to use the Site solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes. This license may be revoked at any time, at our discretion.
1.2 Consent to Use of Audio, Video, and Photography
The Company may host events that are recorded or photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in audio, video, or photographs for marketing or educational purposes.
1.3 Violation; Termination of Account
We reserve the right to investigate and enforce violations of these Terms and to suspend or terminate access if you violate them.
2. Purchases and Refunds
2.1 Products and Payment
The Site may offer products, memberships, or subscriptions. Payments require a valid payment method and may renew automatically where applicable.
2.2 No Refunds
All payments are non‑refundable. No credits or refunds are issued for dissatisfaction, non‑use, or failure to cancel prior to renewal.
3. Modifications
We may modify or discontinue Site features, services, or pricing at any time without notice.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel memberships or services at any time via your member dashboard or by emailing support. No refunds are provided for early cancellation.
