Wall Street Education, Inc. was created on December 23, 2024, to better describe the key function and goal of the company, replacing the d/b/a name Wealth Builders Institute, which has been in operation since October 2017, having taught thousands of students. WBI Inc. d/b/a Wealth Builders Institute is also included under these Terms and Conditions. Our primary focus remains the education of our students, providing the guidance and coaching needed to help them develop confidence in stock options trading using Todd Rampe’s method.By using any of our services (including just browsing our websites at wallstreeteducation.com, triplesynclogic.com, and wealthbuildersinstitute.com — collectively referred to as the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you may not use our services.These Terms and Conditions of Service and Use of the Site (the “Terms and Conditions”) are hereby made effective as of the date set forth above by the Company (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
1. General Terms
1.1 Ownership; Limited License
The Company grants you a limited, revocable license to use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license may be revoked at any time, at our discretion. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials (electronic or otherwise) obtained from the Site, and we may deny you further access.

The Company may host in-person events that are recorded or photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in audio, video, or photographs for marketing or educational purposes.
1.3 Violation; Termination of Account
We reserve the right to investigate and enforce violations of these Terms, including cooperation with law enforcement when necessary. We may delete content you post, suspend or terminate your account, and restrict access to the Site if you violate these Terms.
2. Purchases and Refunds
2.1 Products and Payment
The Site may offer products, memberships, or subscription services. Payments require a valid credit card, and you authorize us (or our third-party provider) to store billing information. Purchases are for digital or streaming content only—no physical products are shipped. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
2.2 No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. No credits or refunds are issued for dissatisfaction, non-use, or failure to cancel prior to renewal. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
3. Modifications to the Site and Pricing
We may modify or discontinue Site features, services, or pricing at any time without notice. New features are subject to these Terms and may include price adjustments. We are not liable for any such changes.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership or service at any time. No refunds are provided for early cancellation. To cancel, you must use the “Subscriptions” tab in your Member Dashboard or email support@wallstreeteducation.com. Other cancellation methods (phone, fax, etc.) are not valid. Once canceled, your account will be deactivated, and access to the Site and its content will end. We may retain account records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Use the Site at your own risk. We provide no warranties or guarantees.

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Disputes shall be resolved in Washoe County, Nevada, unless we choose another forum. Binding arbitration will be used where permitted.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
14. Waivers
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the Company’s rights unless agreed to in writing.
15. Instructional Materials
Coaches, instructors, staff, and materials may change without notice to reflect current market conditions and best practices.
16. SMS/Mobile Messaging Program Terms (Phone Compliance)
Wall Street Education sends subscribers messages related to educational content, account or service updates, reminders, and promotional offers; messages are recurring and frequency varies based on engagement and program activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message (a one-time confirmation may follow), and you can reply HELP for assistance or contact support@wallstreeteducation.com. For information on how we collect and use personal data, see our Privacy Policy at www.wallstreeteducation.com/privacy. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
